Miscellaneous steel
Stairs, railings, lintels, gates, platforms and embeds, built in the same shop as your structural steel.
The pieces that finish the building.
Miscellaneous steel covers the pieces that make a building usable: stairs, railings, lintels, gates, platforms and the embedded materials other trades build around. GIW fabricates all of them.
We build miscellaneous steel in the same Aurora shop, under the same AISC-audited quality program and with the same AWS-certified welders as our structural work. Field installation runs through the miscellaneous metals subcontractors on our project team.
With miscellaneous steel in the Division 5 package, you have one less scope to buy and coordinate on its own.
